Day 33 Sanguesa to Monreal - 28 kms

I'm writing these few words early in the morning of Day 34. We are in the small village of Monreal, staying in a gorgeous casa.

The wi-fi connection is weak here but when I woke this morning I found that my photos had uploaded overnight - et voila.

Today, after more than 900 kms, we will arrive in Obanos, where the Camino Arles / Aragones meets the most famous paths of The Way - the Camino Frances. Tomorrow we will walk again - but this time eastwards, 'back' to Pamplona, against what we imagine will be a tide of pilgrims walking west towards Santiago.

Hopefully I can write tonight about our last day on the Arles Way, and our plans beyond. But, if no wi-fi for us in Obanos, there is sure to be in our hostal in Pamplona so will catch up then.

But, for now, it's time to get up and out of this very comfortable cosy bed, and begin the day.

As The French says, 'Et nous marchons.'  And we walk.
